A Legacy of Service
Steven David co-founded EZ Movers and Storage in the late 1990s with a clear vision: to create a moving company that prioritizes the customer experience above all else. Starting with just a single truck and a commitment to hard work, Steven helped grow the company into one of the premier relocation services in the Midwest.
Under his leadership, EZ Movers has expanded its fleet, opened multiple strategic hubs (including Lincolnwood and Joliet), and built a nationwide network for long-distance moves. Steven’s philosophy of “making it personal, yet keeping it professional” is the cornerstone of the company’s culture.
Commitment to Excellence
Steven believes that accountability is key. He was instrumental in establishing EZ Movers’ rigorous training programs for crews and implementing strict quality control measures that have resulted in a claim ratio of less than 1%. He is actively involved in ensuring that the company meets and exceeds all FMCSA and DOT regulations.
Community Impact
Beyond the boardroom, Steven is passionate about giving back to the Chicago community. He spearheaded the company’s partnership with the Susan G. Komen Foundation, launching the “On the Move for a Cure®” initiative which donates a portion of move proceeds to breast cancer research.
