EZ Movers provides residential, commercial, local, and long-distance moving and storage services. All services are subject to availability and the specific terms outlined in your personalized moving estimate and Bill of Lading.3. Estimates and Pricing
While we strive to provide accurate estimates, final charges are based on the actual volume (cubic feet) of your shipment (for long-distance moves), the time and labor required (for local moves), and any additional services requested or required to complete the job safely.- Binding Estimates: Are valid for the time period specified on the estimate and based on the inventory provided.
- Non-Binding Estimates: Are projected costs based on estimated volume or hours; final costs may vary.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting quotes or booking services. You are responsible for ensuring that all items to be moved are packed safely (unless packing services are purchased) and that our crew has safe access to your property.5. Liability and Valuation
Our liability for loss or damage to your goods is governed by federal law and the valuation option you select on the Bill of Lading.- Released Value Protection: Minimal protection (60 cents per pound per article) at no additional cost.
- Full Value Protection: Comprehensive coverage for repair, replacement, or cash settlement of damaged items, subject to deductibles.
